Volttera Industries and HPiON were proud to participate in the 2026 SelectUSA Investment Summit as part of the Dutch-Belgian business delegation, joining an international community of investors, entrepreneurs, government representatives, economic-development organizations and technology companies.
The Summit provided an important opportunity to introduce our vision for autonomous renewable energy, intelligent cold storage and resilient off-grid infrastructure, while exploring opportunities for investment, strategic partnerships and future commercial activities in the United States.
One of the highlights of the Summit was the opportunity to meet Diane Farrell, Deputy Under Secretary for International Trade at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and exchange perspectives on international investment, innovation and opportunities for companies seeking to expand into the United States.
Our Commitment to the United States
During our participation, Volttera Industries and HPiON expressed a clear intention to return to the United States with our commercial technology and become active in the U.S. market.
Our objective is to establish meaningful U.S. partnerships, develop commercial relationships and explore opportunities for local deployment, manufacturing, investment and market expansion.
Through HPiON, Volttera is developing a 9-in-1 autonomous off-grid platform combining renewable energy generation, battery energy storage, AI-powered energy management, mobile cold storage and intelligent climate control.
The technology has applications across agriculture, food logistics, fisheries, healthcare, mining, remote operations and resilient infrastructure.
“SelectUSA 2026 was an important first step for Volttera and HPiON. We intend to return to the United States with our products and technology and build an active, long-term presence in the American market.”
From Europe and Africa to America
The SelectUSA experience reinforced our international strategy of connecting European technology and investment networks with Africa, the Middle East and the United States.
For Volttera Industries and HPiON, the U.S. is not simply another potential market. It represents an important strategic ecosystem for technology, investment, manufacturing, partnerships and commercialization.
We look forward to returning with validated HPiON systems, building strategic partnerships and taking the next step toward establishing our presence in the United States.
